FAQ
Questions, answered
Do players have to leave Discord to register?
No. A button in Discord opens a small form with the two questions. That's it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, the bot pauses and removes what it set up during the trial: the nicknames it gave, the clan roles, messages and POKE room it created. Your settings are kept, so you can subscribe later.
What if I stop my subscription?
The bot pauses, but everything it did stays: nicknames and clan roles remain exactly as they are. Subscribe again any time to turn it back on.
Does the bot read our messages?
No. It only counts how many messages each member sends, per channel and per day. Message text is never stored.
Why wasn't someone renamed?
Discord only lets a bot rename members whose roles are below the bot's role, and never the server owner. The setup checks this for you and explains how to fix it.
Who can open the dashboard?
The server owner and anyone with the "Manage Server" permission, by signing in with Discord.
Who is behind Floxy?
Floxy is built, hosted and supported by SecurePyke, an IT company. Your data stays on our own servers and is never sold.
Which languages does Floxy speak?
English, French, Spanish and German. The website follows your browser, and the bot answers each player in their Discord language.
