The service

SecurePyke (securepyke.xyz) provides Floxy, a Discord bot and web dashboard ("the service"), to Discord server administrators.

Subscriptions

• Each subscription covers one Discord server.
• New servers get a free trial of [N] days. After it ends, the bot pauses until a subscription is started.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; the service keeps working until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: [your refund policy].

Your responsibilities

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and inform your members that the bot records the data described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available. [Liability limits.]
