What the bot stores about server members
- Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar link
- When their Discord account was created, when they joined and left the server, how many times they joined
- The in-game username and clan tag they enter, the nickname the bot gives them, and the history of changes
- How many messages they send, per channel and per day, and the time of their first and last message
The text of messages is never read or stored.
What we store about dashboard users
When a server admin logs in with Discord: their Discord ID, username, avatar, email address and the list of servers they manage. For subscriptions, payment is handled by Stripe; we store the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card numbers.
Why
To provide the service the server's administrators asked for: renaming members, giving clan roles, and showing statistics in their dashboard.
Who can see it
The administrators of the Discord server the data comes from, and SecurePyke staff for support. We do not sell data.
How long
